About

Wranglin' up service

since '09

Judging from the name of the club, Key Club is not uncommonly mistaken for a club that, well, makes keys. While we key clubbers may create figurative "keys" that unlock the improvements in our community, we don't spend our time literally making keys, rather we spend it making differences.

Key Club International is a community service based club led by students across the country. Key Club is easily one of the most successful clubs in the USA featuring over hundreds of thousands of members. Key Club is a part of the Kiwanis International Family, essentially the founding fathers of Key Club International. Kiwanis International frequently partners with Key Club International influencing positive and beneficial behavior for young KC members.

Key Club International is divided up into multiple governing bodies each varying in amounts of responsibility. Despite this, Key Club International adopts the Inverted Pyramid idea as shown above. The Inverted Pyramid essentially states that members are the highest governing body while the International level is the lowest.

West CTA Key Club is part of Division 28 West, Region 5 and Cali-Nev-Ha District. We are BEEs for the CNH District, and MOONS for Division 28 West, and ZOMBIE PENGUINS for Region 5. Each year, we continue to grow and aim for success and overall betterment of our community. We strive for service and lead to inspire others.
